This has been a busy month. Jolee (Mac’s fiancé) and I have been doing some renovations to their home. We started with all the bedrooms we did painting and re-arranging then everyone got new bedding. The kids. (All4) were so excited. Then we painted all the bathrooms and re did all the shower curtains and rugs etc. We had to paint some furniture in Chloe’s room. She had a mish mash of stuff. But all painted white it looks like a beautiful little girls room. Oh yea with one wall in glitter paint too. Lol. Now we are onto the living room dining room and kitchen. Jolee said the house was like a bachelor pad. And yes it was. So up go curtains and new paint and re-arranging furniture. And lots of painting. EVERYTHING. It has been so much fun for me helping making the house a beautiful home. I have kept busy, instead on being home alone all the time Jamie is away at work. Can’t wait to see what else Jolee and I can get into this week. Lol lol

January is just going by so fast I can’t believe it. Of course being busy helps. I have been feeling great, I am so happy. 😀 I am now at the two year mark. I am continuing all my Mexico supplements, I really think that is what is keeping me healthy. I thank God all the time for us finding Dr Castillo and his treatments.

So my guys are all away at work in the middle of no-where. At a camp job. That is why I couldn’t go with Jamie. I really love going away with him. I discover all kinds of things in all the little towns we go to. But that did not happen this time.I am so great full to be working on Mac’s house. Or else this could have been a very long winter.

This last week I did a couple of lunches. On Tuesday I went with my sister Cathy and our cousin Janice. We had a great lunch and some really good belly laughs. Then on Wednesday I met up with two different cousins Brenda and Janet, for supper It was a cold and miserable evening but we had a great visit,2 1/2 hours went by in the blink of an eye. We laughed and joked it was so nice catching up. We need to do this more often girls. Let’s make that a deal 👍🏻

I have been dealing with a few of my Mexico friends who have become like family, getting some bad news as there cancer has returned or just gotten worse. As someone who has that ugly cancer bug floating around in my body. It puts such fear into me I can not even describe the fear I have. It actually gives me panic attacks and lots of restless sleep. But yet I keep going because there is no alternative to it. You need to keep busy and keep your mind busy so that you don’t have time to worry. Sometimes easier said than done. I know I have hit my two years, and I am happy about that. Actually “elated” at the fact it has been two years. BUT that little red devil is sitting on my shoulder saying don’t get to cocky!!!!!!! Fingers crossed 🤞I continue to wake up everyday thankful I am alive ❤️
